Store Policies

1. Purchase Terms:
 

  • Prices displayed in Ashoki's Garments Store and online platforms are subject to change without prior notice, with adjustments made at the discretion of Ashoki's Garments management based on factors such as supplier costs, market trends, and promotional events.
     

  • Payment for products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase, utilizing acceptable forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payment methods, and other electronic funds transfer options.
     

  • Discounts, promotions, and special offers may have specific terms and conditions, including expiration dates, usage limitations, and exclusions. Customers are responsible for adhering to these terms and conditions when redeeming offers.
     

2. Returns and Exchanges:
 

  • Exchange Valid for 15 Days Only
    Products are eligible for exchange within 15 days of purchase. No requests will be accepted after this period under any circumstances.
     

  • No Exchange or Credit Notes on Discounted/Clearance Items
    Products bought during heavy discounts, season-end sales, or clearance sales are considered final and are not eligible for exchange or credit notes.
     

  • Non-Exchangeable Items
    Products that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered post-purchase.Customized or altered items (e.g., tailored, resized) are strictly non-exchangeable.
     

  • Avoid Exchanges on Weekends & Public Holidays
    We recommend customers visit for exchanges Monday to Friday for smoother processing.
    Weekends and public holidays are discouraged due to high footfall and limited staff, though exceptions may be made in special cases.
     

  • Original Bill & Barcode Tag Required
    Exchanges will only be processed if the original bill and barcode tag are presented. Missing documents or tags will result in rejection of the exchange request.
    Returned products must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
     

  • Undergarments & Lingerie Policy
    For hygiene reasons, lingerie, innerwear, and socks are not returnable or exchangeable if used. Items must be unused and returned in original packing and condition.
     

  • No Cash Refunds
    Cash refunds are not provided. Approved exchanges will be processed in accordance with Ashoki’s Garments exchange policy.
     

  • Exchange for Same or Higher Value Only
    Products can only be exchanged for items of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
     

  • Product Availability Not Guaranteed
    Exchange depends on stock availability. If the desired product is unavailable, the customer must select an alternative.
     

3. Product Warranty:
 

  • Products sold by Ashoki's Garments may be covered by manufacturer warranties against defects in materials and workmanship, with warranty coverage varying by product and manufacturer.
     

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, and precautions regarding product installation, use, maintenance, and safety precautions.
     

4. Privacy Policy:
 

  • Ashoki's Garments is committed to protecting customer privacy and confidentiality, adhering to applicable privacy laws and regulations governing the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
     

  • Personal information collected from customers during the purchasing process, including but not limited to name, address, email address, phone number, payment details, and purchase history, is used solely for the purpose of processing orders, providing customer service, and improving the shopping experience.
     

  • Ashoki's Garments does not sell, rent, lease, or disclose customer information to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent, except as required by law or legal process.
     

5. Liability and Disclaimers:
 

  • The Ashoki's Garments disclaims all liability for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased from the Ashoki's Garments, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

Customers are encouraged to review product labels, packaging, and manufacturer documentation for detailed information.
     

  • Ashoki's Garments reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to violations of Ashoki's Garments policies, abusive behaviour, or conduct deemed harmful to the safety, well-being, or reputation of Ashoki's Garments staff or other customers.

  • All content, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, and images displayed on Ashoki's Garments's website, mobile applications, marketing materials, and physical locations are the exclusive property of Ashoki's Garments or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties.
     

  • Customers may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, products, or services obtained from or through Ashoki's Garments without prior written consent from Ashoki's Garments.
