• Vouchers are redeemable starting from 29th December 2024.

• In the event of product unavailability, customers are advised to contact the Store Manager for alternative options.

• No cash, credit notes, gift vouchers, or other forms of payment will be issued in exchange for this e-voucher.

2. Offer Duration & Availability

• The offer is subject to the availability of travel luggage stock. If stocks are depleted, the store holds no obligation to provide an alternative product or compensation.
   

3. Redemption Process

• Eligible customers must claim the free travel luggage at the time of purchase. Delayed claims or requests for later collection will not be entertained.

• The free luggage cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product under any circumstances.
   

4. Exclusions & Restrictions

• The offer is not valid on the purchase of gift cards, gift vouchers, store credits, or previous purchases.

• This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing promotions or exchange offers.

• The free luggage is not covered under warranty, return, or exchange policies. Any damages or defects should be reported at the time of receiving the product.
   

5. Exchange & Return Policy

• If a customer wishes to return a part of the purchased items, reducing the total bill value below ₹15,000, the free luggage must also be returned in unused and original condition.

• If the luggage is not returned, its full retail value (as per store pricing) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• No exchanges or replacements will be provided for the free luggage, except in cases of severe manufacturing defects, reported at the time of receipt.
   

6. Store Rights & Policy Changes

• Ashoki's Garments reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.

• The customer must physically present the original voucher at the time of billing to avail of the discount. Digital copies, photocopies, or screenshots will not be accepted.

• Only one voucher can be used per bill. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined in a single transaction.
   

2. Validity & Usage Limitations

• The voucher is valid from December 28, 2024, to March 31, 2025. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

• The voucher must be surrendered at the time of redemption and will not be returned.

• The offer is applicable only at participating Ashoki's Garments outlets and not valid for online purchases unless stated otherwise.
   

3. Purchase Restrictions & Exclusions

• The ₹251 discount applies only on a minimum purchase of ₹2,000 in a single bill. If the bill total is below ₹2,000 the voucher will not be valid.

• The voucher cannot be used on the purchase of gift cards, store credit, or previously discounted/promotional items.

• It is not applicable on undergarments, lingerie, accessories, or special collection items unless explicitly mentioned.
   

4. Non-Transferability & No Cash Value

• The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit notes, or any other product.

• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be resold or gifted to another individual for commercial use.

• If a customer returns any product from a purchase where the voucher was redeemed, the voucher discount will be void, and the ₹251 discount amount will be deducted from the refund value.
   

5. Additional Conditions

• This offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, or ongoing store promotion unless specified.

• In case of any dispute, Ashoki's Garments reserves the right to make the final decision.

• The store reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend this offer without prior notice.
